What to do if I received a wrong item ?

We take great care to resolve any item problems, so we invite yoy o let us know as soon as possible.

    Please contact our customer service via email, specifying :
  • the order number
  • the item name/reference or description
  • the item name/reference of the expected article

We will proceed as quickly as possible to replace the product.

What to do if there's a missing item in my package ?

We may have sent you items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be ariving separately. If there's still a missing item, please contact our customer service specifying the order number and the product's reference.

We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

What to do if I receive a faulty item in my order ?

If a product is defective, we are really sorry.

Pleae contact our customer service by email specifying the order number, the product's reference and the problem's descriptio.

We will be back to you as soon as possible.

Payment types

Pay with a credit card

The accepted credit cards are : Bank card, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Pay with a Paypal account

It is possible to pay your order via Paypal.

You will have to enter your email address and password associated with your Paypal account.

In case of cancellation, the Paypal account used will automatically be recredited.

When will I be charged ?

Once your card is authorized, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken. The problem may comes from your bank.

Payment security

In order to ensure the security of payments, our website uses the secure payment service of the bank Société Générale. This service integrates the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) safety standard. Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram) are directly transmitted encrypted on the SIPS server without transiting through the physical media of JEANMARCPHILIPPE server, therefore, we do not have access to these confidential data. After the order validation, the payment request is routed in real time on the secured telepayment manager Sogenactif. The latter sends a request for authorization to the credit card network. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate.

Regarding PAYPAL payments, PAYPAL encrypts all the information that the client has provided to it during the account registering. thus, no other information than your e-mail address is communicated to us. Financial and personal information is automatically encrypted when sending any information to PAYPAL servers. For more information about the security of the transactions between PAYPAL and your bank account, we invite you to go to PAYPAL's website.

Delivery prices

Shipping is offered for orders from 70€ in France and from 300€ on international orders.

In store deliveries are only available in our 3 shops in Paris, but we are doing our best to make it available in our other shops.

How to track my order ?

Once your order is accepted and processed by our services, a tracking number will be assigned to it. You will be able to find it in your customer account in the "order history" tab in order to track the delivery of your package.

Have you received my returned items ?

When you received your return label, a tracking number was generated, so you can track your parcel back.

Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, the status of your order will be updated.

How to make a return from metropolitan France ?

First, you have to make sure the status of your delivery is updated. If not, please contact our customer service by mail specifying your order number so it can be done.

Then, go into your customer account in the "order history" tab, and click on the relevant order. From here, the details of your order will be displayed and you can select the products you would like to return.

Once the products are selected, click on the "generate a return" button which is on the bootm left.

You will receive a Colissimo return label in your emailbox within 48 hours, that you will have to print. When you have got that label, go to "my merchandise returns" tab and click on the concerned order number so you can prin the return voucher and specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.

The return voucher goes inside of the package and you have to stick the Colissimo return label on top of the package.

Return for size exchanges are free. For every refund returns, a handling fee of return management of 2.90€ (all taxes included) will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy ?

If after receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have the option to change the size of the item or return it within 14 days from the date you received the package, provived that the garment has not been used and is not damaged.

Therefore, we will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged clothing (unless it's a defective item).

What to do if the product I'm looking for seems depleted ?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to notify you when a product will be back in stock.

If you can't find that product, why not look for a similar product ?

You can also check our "What's new" section regularly to make sure you don't miss anything.

Do you have a sizing guide ?

Our primary concern is to satisfy you, we do not wish to send you a product that would not be your size.

That's why, on our product pages, you can consult our sizing guide.

If you are looking for a particular product, go to the search bar on the top left to enter your selection criteria (eg: black trousers)

We try our best to give you the most complete description about our products on their page. You will find a detailed description, pictures, care instructions ...
