If after receiving his order, the customer is not satisfied, JEANMARCPHILIPPE allows him to change the size of the item purchased or return it, within 14 days, to from the date of receipt, provided that the garment has not been used and is not damaged. Therefore, JEANMARCPHILIPPE cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged clothing (unless it is a defective item). JEANMARCPHILIPPE allows the Customer to benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days. This period begins to run from the date of delivery of the order.

• For France and the Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands), the customer has a free return label accessible from the history of their orders. For any return for reimbursement, a return processing, product repackaging and reimbursement management package of € 7.90 incl. Tax will be deducted from your reimbursement. The refund will be made within 5 days of receipt of the return package.
• For other countries, return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, JEANMARCPHILIPPE agrees to reimburse him all of the returned items, excluding transport costs, within 5 days from the date of receipt of the package by JEANMARCPHILIPPE.

We will not accept the exchange of one model for another different one; you can only exchange the size.

To exchange an article for another, it will be necessary to return it, then place a new order. Any return of purchased items must be carefully packaged and you must enclose with your package the delivery note or return form duly completed. In order to make your return, in your order history, simply select your order and finally click on the "generate a return" button.

Any exchange of an item is carried out by creating a credit note on the initial order which allows the new exchange order to be created. In the event of a return following an exchange, a credit note for the amount of the initial order minus a flat rate of 15€ including logistics and repackaging costs will be credited to your account. This credit note cannot be refunded. This credit note can be used for a period of 6 months on the jeanmarcphilippe.com website.

The delivered products have a label with a security seal, which should only be removed if you wish to keep the article. We advise you to remove this label only after trying on. Any item returned without the tag with attached security seal cannot be refunded.

For France and Benelux, you will be able to download your colissimo return label and your return slip. A printable return slip must be attached to your package. You will find it in the "Returns" section. You just need to drop off your package at colissimo relay points or at the post office.

For other countries, the return costs are your responsibility and we will fully reimburse your order without charge in the event of a refund request. For exchanges, the return is your responsibility and the sending of the product exchange is the responsibility of JEANMARCPHILIPPE.
