First, you have to make sure the status of your delivery is updated. If not, please contact our customer service by mail specifying your order number so it can be done.

Then, go into your customer account in the "order history" tab, and click on the relevant order. From here, the details of your order will be displayed and you can select the products you would like to return.

Once the products are selected, click on the "generate a return" button which is on the bootm left.

You will receive a Colissimo return label in your emailbox within 48 hours, that you will have to print. When you have got that label, go to "my merchandise returns" tab and click on the concerned order number so you can prin the return voucher and specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.

The return voucher goes inside of the package and you have to stick the Colissimo return label on top of the package.

Return for size exchanges are free. For every refund returns, a handling fee of return management of 2.90€ (all taxes included) will be deducted from your refund.

We take great care to resolve any item problems, so we invite yoy o let us know as soon as possible.

    Please contact our customer service via email, specifying :
  • the order number
  • the item name/reference or description
  • the item name/reference of the expected article

We will proceed as quickly as possible to replace the product.

We may have sent you items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be ariving separately. If there's still a missing item, please contact our customer service specifying the order number and the product's reference.

We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

If after receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have the option to change the size of the item or return it within 14 days from the date you received the package, provived that the garment has not been used and is not damaged.

Therefore, we will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged clothing (unless it's a defective item).

When you received your return label, a tracking number was generated, so you can track your parcel back.

Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, the status of your order will be updated.
